The Unlikely Blueprint of a Tradesman Turned Mentor

Every great transformation starts with a single decision to see things differently.

The Beginning

In the early 2000s, a teenager dropped out of high school in rural Canada. Not because he lacked ambition, but because he saw a different kind of education unfolding. One taught in crawl spaces, boiler rooms, and around kitchen tables.

That teenager was me.

The Growth

What began with a wrench and a work van eventually became Super Plumber. A growing force on Vancouver Island's residential service scene. In 2021, we merged with 360 Comfort Systems. Overnight, the business doubled in complexity and potential. Something strange happens when a business grows. The game changes.

The Realization

That's when I realized most trades people build businesses they're not trained to run.

So now, I help them do just that.
